buy a new one, it'll be cheaper. you need to replace the LCD screen. that'll cost $250+ and labour.

Well I was looking on ebay for a LCD screen. It's between 30-50$US.
Maybe I should buy that instead? And I don't care about the labour. I will do it.

If it has Video Out you should be able to plug it into another monitor, but then it won't be much of a Laptop. Time for a new one.
