The few times I set foot in a Walmart I saw a lot of junk scattered about everywhere, most of it made in China using what looks like recycled toxic waste. I'll never understand why anyone would shop in a store like that.

The best form of protest is to simply shop elsewhere.
I buy my engine oil there (Castrol GTX 10W-30:-))when they advertise it at a better than Canadian Tire price.

And thats it.

I don't like Wall Mart's layout and merchandise. Agreed most of it is rubbish.

My wife who is an expert in such things sez that Zellers is no more expensive. Of course that is no longer Canadian owned either.

H.F. Good thead and comments
to a degree not readily apparent walmart gets the custom because the working class has been de-unionised =less money
prices are through the roof
and sp on
who cares if slavelabour is used in china/
or the population has been dumbed down here to the point where the guys owning the world ;the international bankers have control

I blame myself for my past part in that
and now you know why I raise as much consciousness as i can
If you have to buy anything there, then it is easy to make sure they make no money off you. Simply fill up the shopping cart, take out the one thing you need , take it to the checkout and leave the rest in a back aisle for them to spend half a day putting it all back on the shelves .It's a pleasant way to spend an afternoon.
Brent
