On what basis do you make that allegation? Someone filming a police arrest isn't automatically a co-conspirator in whatever crime the perp ia being arrested for.

The "bitch" wasn't "fucking with pipelines" she was a filmmaker making a documentary about pipeline protestors and the arrest was politically motivated in order to stifle dissent and intimidate opponents.
Then why was she charged with "conspiracy to theft of property, conspiracy to theft of services and conspiracy to tampering with or damaging a public service."
Because she was "conspiring" to "fuck with pipelines," right. Could be, but that's still more than just filming.
In fact it sounds like she was helping create a crime so she could film it. That's pretty greasy.

So to sum up, if you're White or Native and you protest an oil pipeline, you're somehow a criminal. Yet if you're Black and you loot and burn businesses, assault people who ain't Black and block major Interstates, you're just exercising your right to protest.
I've also been seeing a lot of footage from the area. Christ, there were so many Brown Shirts there I thought I was watching colourized footage from 1930's Germany.
