Normally I don't cheer for miscegenation but in this case I hope the convict is blacker than night-time in a coal mine. Eat that, cuck!

The manufacturer of EpiPen devices failed to address known malfunctions in its epinephrine auto-injectors even as hundreds of customer complaints rolled in and failures were linked to deaths, according to the Food and Drug Administration.
The damning allegations came to light today when the FDA posted a warning letter it sent September 5 to the manufacturer, Meridian Medical Technologies, Inc. The company (which is owned by Pfizer) produces EpiPens for Mylan, which owns the devices and is notorious for dramatically raising prices by more than 400 percent in recent years.
The auto-injectors are designed to be used during life-threatening allergic reactions to provide a quick shot of epinephrine. If they fail to fire, people experiencing a reaction can die or suffer serious illnesses. According to the FDA, that’s exactly what happened for hundreds of customers.
In the letter, the agency wrote:

In fact, your own data show that you received hundreds of complaints that your EpiPen products failed to operate during life-threatening emergencies, including some situations in which patients subsequently died.
The agency goes on to lambast Meridian Medical for failing to investigate problems with the devices, recall bad batches, and follow-up on problems found. For instance, a customer made a complaint in April 2016 that an EpiPen failed. When Meridian disassembled the device, it found a deformed component that led to the problem—the exact same defect it had found in February when another unit failed.

Something tells me we'll never see the end of this twisted, ridiculous little douchebag. Going to prison for fraud anyway, still manages to get put in jail before sentencing for some kind of sub-moronic alt-right stunting that he thinks is funny:

A U.S. judge on Wednesday ordered Martin Shkreli to be jailed while he awaits sentencing for securities fraud, citing a Facebook post in which the former drug company executive nicknamed the “Pharma Bro” offered a $5,000 reward for a strand of Hillary Clinton’s hair.
U.S. District Judge Kiyo Matsumoto in Brooklyn said the Sept. 4 post, which prompted a call from the U.S. Secret Service, showed Shkreli posed a danger to the public that warranted revoking his $5 million bail. U.S. prosecutors had moved to jail Shkreli last Thursday.

I mean, seriously! Offering $5000 for every hair plucked off Hillary Clinton's head? I can't say how much I am totally don't care about Hilary, but even I know that's incitement to violence.
I hope his prison rape is slow and often. And I'm not one to condone rape as punishment, but he did prey on the sick, weak and poor to make a buck.

In this insane world Shkreli actually has a gaggle of fanboys that defend him. They're busy making excuses saying he "was just joking - freedom of speech!". Good thing the judge saw through it.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say Trump will pardon him.

And people who claim there are no limits to free speech are incorrect - this is one of those limits. And that's why the Secret Service had a little talk with him before the judge sent him down the river. I notice a couple reports too say he's being held at an "undisclosed location" until his sentencing. I hope it's the
Red Room.
All those people who probably died when he jacked up the price of EpiPens; or all those children who went hungry because their parents had to choose between the EpiPen or food, but not both; and on top of that the company knew there were manufacturing problems that might cause the pen to not work! For that, he needs a couple weeks alternating between freezing cold, deafening sound, blinding light and complete silence.
Then 5 years of 'hold my pocket'.

He'd fit in great on the Trump Team. He could share an office in the annex across the way with Omarosa, helping the Great Man stay up to date with what's being said about him on Twitter.
Shkreli didn't do the EpiPen scam though; that was a different piece of two-legged Randroid garbage sliming it's way through the pharma biz. His one was jacking up the price 5000% on an anti-parasitical med that AIDS patients and pregnant women use where the cost per pill went from around $13 to like $650 each.
Good thing there's always lots more room in Hell for the most deserving.
Free markets.....uh....ahhh....uhh... ummmm... MAGA, you commie bastards.
Shkreli was enticing people to assault someone and he deserves to be in jail for it.
So should all those people who entice others to assault or kill President Trump.

Agreed, Trump may be the worst thing that ever graced the White House, but he was elected and the ONLY acceptable way of getting rid of him is the next election or through legal channels in Congress! PERIOD.

Ok a tiny bit deplorable. Have a Visa card with an annual fee. I paid it.
Next week I got a letter they'd now cancelled the renewal fees.
Then came a letter saying my payment was late and there was a $0.04 overdue charge.
Thought fuck that, ignored it.
Next month the statement said there was $2 interest on the $0.04 overdue fee.
So I sent $3 even.
Now the fuckers can spend $1 a month postage forever to tell me I have a few cents credit
