I know the link doesn't work, but it may work again. The link really is not that important but it is good for people to have something to look at. I tipped people off in my previous posts that it was a Canadian Government website. Some whiners likely complained to them about my posts and the link was deactivated (pity); but, none the less I will still refer to it. Maybe the cowards at the Government office will implement the Charter of rights and allow freedom of expression to reign and reactivate it. Even if it does not sit well with their deluded views of North America.
