I remember when my uncle in Halifax cooked up a big lobster feast for my family and I. It was so good and hopefully you have a great one yourself!

Luckybasturd! Thanks for sharing the pics. Tell me folks, I spoke to some lobster fanatics from NB and they all told me that they only eat lobsters over 3-4 lb for meat/price ratio. Since then I followed their lead and it's tasty. What's your call on this?

Thanks in advance
The shell is thicker on a bigger lobster so the meat/price ratio is not a huge issue. They are all good and people have a liking for all different sizes and will swear by them. The most important thing about lobster is not the size but how you cook them, I like mine 1/12lb or better myself.

You would be correct...frames are wood screens are metal...hard wood to after setting in the water for a day or two, they gain a pound or two

I mean when I win the lotto this Saturday i'll be able to look back on my days working on the water and say,

"I miss those days"

But in all actuality I won't miss freezing my ass off and breaking my back aboard boats at all.
