Tried to find a relevent thread already in progress, but got bored of that, so here it is:
For some reason an old (ie, a few years) music video I'd seen popped into my head but I can't remember the name of the artist or the song.
I'm pretty sure she was Canadian, not too popular, black, but the one thing I can remember about the video that stands out was that there was a muppet-like lion in it, and maybe a few others. It wasn't a kid's song or anything, I think it was more pop/R&B. She had her hair in some sort of spiky or mohawk-type deal, too.
I'm afraid that's about all I can think of, which I know is pretty sad, so here's hoping someone out there knows the one I'm talking about. I'd recognize her if I saw a photo for sure, just can't remember the name.

It's a long shot... I probably heard the song on a University radio station a few years ago, and they seemed to specialize in obscurity.
