While I think/know that 8 and a half beers doesn't get me drunk, alcohol has a way of inhibiting your senses. Ergo, don't drive after consuming alcohol.

for some odd reason I think its possible the drinking didn't cause the death but the arrogance to swerve around a stopped car did . Without posting stats I think it puts drunk driving to shame regarding accidents and pedestrian deaths.

Crown wants five years? That's light, and he won't even get that. Drunk driving is a plague upon this country and needs to be eradicated.

what a dolt, I love to watch idiots try and dispute toxicology. So what he's basically saying he's a super drunk.
Now I understand why he didn't notice hitting a 250lb man, because he said the rain made him invisible.
