You may need to be from Toronto to fully get thie joke
So your choices are someone who is currently doing a really shitty job and someone who 'might' do a really shitty job.

I'd say likely do a really shitty job, but yes.

Liberal humour is lost on most. Mainly because it isn't exactly funny.

Your shitposts are really tiresome. All the best late night comedians are liberals there are almost no conservative comedians anywhere. Conservatives are funny too but only because they’re usually the butt of the joke.

This coming from someone who's over-the-top lefty rhetoric reaches new levels with every post, and when someone disagrees with it in any way or form, starts throwing a tantrum/insults/personal attacks into the fray, not to mention swear words in place of actual intelligent words BECUZ U R TEH BADAZZ!
I had been hoping that one day, you might have something actually intelligent to say. Looks like my expectations were as always, way too high.
Feel free to refute this post with your usual nonsense if you wish. And as always, have a nice day!

To be fair, late night comedians being liberals is because that's what will get them views. There are plenty of conservative comedians. At least could be argued. Off the top of my head you have Dennis Leary, Tim Allen, Adam Carolla, Owen Benjamin, Joe Rogan (leans right on a bunch so I might call him center) Dave Rubin is considered conservative by many now, Dennis Miller, Steven Crowder. Even the writers of south park, while they don't attach to themselves to a political leaning, on the surface probably lean a little to the right. Summed up by "We hate conservatives, but we really fucking hate liberals."
Bill Maher himself has frequently expressed contempt for the hive minded PC hand wringers who are in need of safe spaces and who want limits placed on free speech.

He's still a liberal though. There was recently a debate in Toronto between Peterson/Fry and two lefties. Stephen Fry even said, he's a liberal, but he doesn't like political correctness. The ones I listed I think would call themselves right leaning, except for Rogan. I don't think he'd pick a side.
The debate if anyone is interested.

I’m not sure Dennis Leary is conservative but regardless they’re all B-list or long ago has-beens anyway. Does Crowder even count as a comedian?

Dennis Leary might not be, I thought he was, that's my bad.
Tim Allen just had a show run for 6 season and it just got picked back up. Adam Corolla has a movie coming out, Owen Benjamin has had two special in the last two years. Dave Rubin has one of the most successful podcasts on youtube, and regularly travels for speaking. Dennis Miller is regularly on TV, it's just mainly fox. For Crowder, you don't have to do stand-up to be considered a comedian I wouldn't think. He regularly putting out comedy based videos. And of course South Park writers are far from b-list or has-beens.
And Rogan is probably a libertarian, so take that as right or left as you will, but far away from b-list or has-beens.
Additionally, even if they aren't as popular, that doesn't mean that there aren't comedians. It means that the people consuming that content don't have conservative views, so they aren't as popular, which I'd say is likely. But far and away most comedians are also not part of the super left. I think you'd find a lot of them in the middle with a slight lean either way.
I don’t think the southpark writers are conservative either I think they’re just anti-PC.
As for the rest I stand by what I said they’re B-list or has-beens. And Tim Allen may be conservative but for most of his career he has never been a “conservative comedian” he was just a comedian full stop and he kept his politics to himself. His new overtly conservative sitcom which is basically just a reboot of Home Improvement with overtly conservative script writing will undoubtedly find an audience among conservatives but it ratings and viewership are mediocre.
Jokes on conservative topics just aren’t funny. I don’t care how good your writing staff is there’s just no way to get a crowd to laugh at angry rants about single mothers or people on welfare or the merits of waterboarding.
