These segments deal with stinky tofu(choe doe-foo). It's everywhere here and the smell has to be experienced before you can truly 'appreciate' its stech. The first time I smelled it I had to check my shoes to make sure I hadn't stepped in shit. Think of an old farm dog that has rolled in cow shit for years, has never had a bath and then gets slightly damp and warm. Traditional thousand year old eggs are preserved in horse urine amongst other things.

I'd try it... but then again, I'd try anything once. 8O

Love stinky cheese... the stinkier, the better. :D

this smells like a cross between shit and a hockey bag that hasn't been aired for a few seasons.

Like Provolone Aurechhio... 1,000 yr old jockstrap... and I love it. Best of all no one else eats it, it's always there for me.
Tried sea urchin, 1000 yr old egg, chicken feet, some stinky really HOT tofu. Once.
