Bump for 2013, if anyone missed it last year.

I'll be on the road, but you can be sure I'm stopping at 11 for a couple of minutes. :D

Martin, great photos, its images like those that remind you just how dear a price we paid in blood for our freedoms. Very moving.

Hey Martin

I just went through this thread to see all your photos again.

So moving...

Thanks again for sharing them with us.

Just went through the thread again myself, and couldn't stop the tears. Thank you again Martin for all those images. If anyone thinks that freedom is as simple as walking out the door, they should examine this thread.

Lest we forget.

Thank you. I'm off to our local Remembrance service soon, your picture tour is extremely moving and I will recommend it to the veterans unable to travel back. The Royal Canadian Legion's Act of Remembrance seems fitting for this thread:
"They shall not grow old, as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun,and in the morning;
We will remember them."

Thank you again. Airaghardt [B-o]
