True, it may be hatred too, I don't know Perturbed, but it is anger, that's for sure; there's no denying that. <br /> <br />Having said that, I see no reason why Quebecers should feel compelled to stay in a political relationship with the ROC if the majority of Quebecers want it otherwise. What Quebecers "signed" back then does not mean everything stays the same forever. If I'm not mistaken, Quebec did not sign, didn't they, the re-patriation of the Constitution thingy or whatever Mr. Trudeau brought from England? Am I mistaken or did I dream that? ;P <br /> <br />
