Personally I would like to see Ontario adopt the same "Reduce and Reuse" initiative that is being done in New Brunswick. Apparently this initiative is working well, and it has created jobs as well.<br /> <br /> I can't remember the link to this. Anyone know it?<br /> <br /> Kevin

If a community does not like the junk on a persons property, they go in clean it up and bill the owners.<br /> <br /> Brown spaces should be delt with in the same manner.<br /> <br /> Dennis Baker<br /> <br /> (but the system tends to only attack the poor.)
