QAnon supporter Cirsten Weldon was among the far-right anti-vaxxers and coronavirus truthers who railed against COVID-19 vaccines in 2021 — and on Thursday, January 6, according to the Daily Beast — she died of COVID-19.

Weldon, who called for Dr. Anthony Fauci — President Joe Biden’s top White House medical adviser — to be executed, was known for posting videos of herself berating people who were waiting in line to get vaccinated for COVID-19. Weldon falsely claimed that COVID-19 vaccines were dangerous, and she said that Fauci “needs to be hung from a rope.”

The Daily Beast’s Will Sommer reports, “Cirsten Weldon had amassed tens of thousands of followers across right-wing social media networks by promoting the pro-Trump QAnon conspiracy under the screenname CirstenW.’ She was prominent enough to become a sort of QAnon interpreter for comedian conspiracy theorist Roseanne Barr and started recording videos about QAnon with her.”

In one of her videos, Sommer notes, Weldon can be seen yelling at people who were waiting to get vaccinated for COVID-19 — saying, “The vaccines kill, don’t get it! This is how gullible these idiots are. They’re all getting (the) vaccine!”

Weldon became ill in December, describing her symptoms in her videos and saying that she had “bacterial pneumonia.” But she continued to oppose COVID-19 vaccines.

In a December 27, 2021 video posted on Facebook, Weldon told viewers, “I didn't think I was going to make it. I'm sorry. I'm exhausted, and I have no — I'm very, very weak. I have no strength. I haven't eaten in four days.” Weldon described having “fever, chills, sweats.”

According to Sommer, Weldon posted her final video on December 28, 2021 and was “hospitalized in Camarillo, California” three days later.

Sommer points out that Weldon is “just the latest instance of a far-right personality who opposed vaccination being killed by the virus.” Others have included radio host Douglas Kuzma, who died on January 3 — only three days before Weldon — and QAnon supporter Robert David Steele, who described COVID-19 as a “hoax” before dying from it in August 2021. QAnon supporter Veronica Wolski, another anti-vaxxer, died of COVID-19 the following month.

An anti-vaxxer has delivered yet another stupid dose of misinformation to gullible followers amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Christopher Key leads a group called Vaccine Police and they're against (you guessed it) Covid-19 vaccines.
He gathered together a group of his supporters to reveal what he falsely claims is an 'antidote' to the virus.

While teams of scientists around the world have produced a variety of vaccines against coronavirus that have been rigorously tested and approved by each country's regulatory committee, Key reckons he has information that trumps them.

He spoke to a room of supporters, who seemed to hang off his every word as he teased what this miracle cure was in the fight against the pandemic.

In a video posted to his Telegram account, the anti-vaxxer said: "The antidote that we've seen now, and we have tons and tons of research, is urine therapy.

"OK, and I know to a lot of you this sounds crazy, but guys, God's given us everything we need," he said.

There was a deafening silence that filled the room when he mentioned the idea of drinking your own urine.

He claimed that this 'antidote' will help people who haven't been vaccinated as well as those who have received the jab.

Key added in his proclamation: "Now drink urine. This vaccine is the worst bioweapon I have ever seen. I drink my own urine and I've been drinking my own urine for the last 23 years."

It's worth noting the coronavirus vaccine is not a 'bioweapon' and it has actually saved many people from being adversely affected by coronavirus.

While there are loads of people around the world who drink their own urine for myriad of reasons, there hasn't been any peer-reviewed evidence or studies that have backed up Key's claim that the liquid can help in any way, shape or form with Covid-19.
Key's claims come as the United States continues to battle the pandemic.

The country is still recording hundreds of thousands of new cases every day and hospitals are filling up again with patients struggling to breathe.

There's also been a large spike in the hospitalisation of young children in the US.

CDC director Rochelle Walensky said: "Sadly, we are seeing the rates of hospitalisation increasing for children 0 to 4, children who are not yet currently eligible for Covid-19 vaccination."
The hospitalisation rate for kids aged between 5 to 17, who are eligible to be vaccinated, is four time lower than those in the lower age bracket.

Please get vaccinated and don't listen to anti-vaxxers.

"The Omicron variant is so prevalent in our communities right now that if you have COVID-19 symptoms such as a stuffy or runny nose, cough, fever, sore throat or loss of sense of smell or taste, you should assume you have COVID-19 and are legally required to isolate," Hinshaw said.

"You should stay home and away from others for five or 10 days, depending on your vaccination status or until your symptoms improve, whichever is longer," she said.

"You can take a rapid test if you have one, but for most people with mild illness, a test is not necessary and symptoms can be managed at home."
