When I got my (Resident Alien) card in 1979 the rules were that Canadiens could keep their Canadien citizenship, but if an American took out a Canadien citizenship they lost their Amirecan status
At the time I was married to an American citizen and got status right away
What's the big deal?
Most of Pam is American.
Well, the fact of the matter is, yeah, who really cares if she's changing over her Canadian Citizenship, she was obviously "too good" to be Canadian anyway, either that or she wasn't good enough to be Canadian,
which ever one you guys prefer
but anyway, when she did become famous she couldn't care less about living in Canada in the first place. I kind of figured something like that was going to happen anyway, she's been americanized for so long, I think mayhaps she even forgot where Canada was in the firs place.
Now when she comes to the US she's going to have to show her Immigration card to prove that she's not a terrorist...
LMAO......ya know, I just started this topic stating a fact that Pammy was taking her Yank test. I never thought people would get so riled up by it. Canadian or Yank, she still has a nice butt I think......
Pams a california girl, through and through. Whatever Canada was in her has died away.....
Like I said before....
Pamela Anderson is Canadian?!?!?!?!?!
There are many non-American celebrities that many people think are American because they worked there for a while.
John Candy, William Shatner, Jim Carrey, Dan Akroyd are all Canadian. Bob Hope, Charlie Chaplin, Stan Laurel were British. And there are others.
Gillian Anderson from the X-Files is also British.
And Stan Laurel may have been Clint eastwood's father although no-one knows for sure.
Mike Meyers, Neil Young ......Canadian... The list goes on...
God bless Gillian Anderson and the x-files.
