I'm a product tester.
So am I some days but the difference is I get paid to do it.
Well we know who to blame if we get a skunky beer.
LOL. I'm not involved with the production end of things.

One of the best parts about Alberta is the liquor stores... because they are every corner. Yesterday I bought 4 bottles of Kim Crawford wine yesterday on sale for 12.98 at the Canadian Superstore

No shit, so many liquor stores I can't figure out how they're profitable. I wouldn't sink my $$ into one as a business.

And yet, we've had independent liquor stores for decades. Prices are down. Selection is up. The industry is doing just fine.

So has BC, but you might have to walk TWO blocks to the nearest one....
DrCaleb @ Wed Jan 08, 2020 10:39 am
So there is a business opportunity to open a liquor store then.

Guanabana is Soursop in English... a weird Latin America fruit from a broadleaf, flowering, evergreen tree. It is eaten ripe, or used to make juices, smoothies, or ice cream... is added to the beer.
Makes it more of a summer beer though... an IPA at 8% alcohol and pretty good.

Picked up a 'Variety Pack' from a local brewery. Not disappointed!

Coffee and Bailey's at the moment. Cause it's early-ish.
Just picked myself up a bottle of Lagavulin 16though. A little reward for being brave enough to go to superstore:) So tonight will be a little more interesting...
