I heard this on the radio in passing the other day but didn't get the full monty (was out on a coffee run and left the vehicle). It sounded like just an invoice in place of a donation form, but everything I've seen and heard today (including this video) makes me believe this was premeditated and is completely disgusting.
A fake invoice made to get money out of supporters? WTF!
