Co-founders of Research in Motion, Jim Balrille and Mike Lazaridis, have stepped down as the controlling individuals in the company. This does not look like a shakeup to me but rather a passing of operation into different hands in the Company.

We have yet to see what media analysts and the Stock Markets think.
