Wow. (you'd think they could have set up a photo crew at a real Alberta beach)
They did send one out late last fall, right after this campaign was announced. But they didn't want to stand around on the ice and be drunk for 6 months. So they said screw it.....
6 months? at this rate I think the will stay frozen 12 months a year from now on
can you see any open water on Sylvan yet?

It's that in between time. Not really ice but not really water yet either.
