As for self defnece we are tought to strike hard and run. But sometimes running isn't an option.
As for the environment at Panther Gym. Very friendly. The staff are supportive and helpful. If you ever watch the first two rocky movies, and remember the Gym Rocky used to train in, you have an idea what my gym is like.
