All hail the new Anti-Bush poster boy

I'm not sure of the other one either..
The other one is straight from the accused, it's a legit recording from what I can tell. I checked with the org he's associated with and it checks out.

If you get one from a legitimate newspaper, then I'd listen.
First we have to decide what's a legitimate news source. The likes of Fox and NY Post are not legitimate news sources as far as I'm concerned.

A good news source would not waste too much space publishing this kind of event.

Then we wait for the courts, but both of us already made up our minds who's guilty anyways.
Dispicable coward or hero, freedom fighter of terrorist...
They say it's how you look at it but I can't see how you romanticize people who punch cripples or blow up busses full of civilians.
As I said before, they are known for the company they keep.

Somewhere in between.

I'm not so sure as you've placed it, but in this case I'll still put all of my money on Gary's version of events since he seems very confident that the security video footage will vindicate him. Also the version of the story that claims Gary punched a wheelchair bound girl just does not ring true, but I can believe that someone who willfully attends a talk by Laura Bush would be insane enough to try and hit someone with his own wheelchair bound daughter.
We'll have to wait n see.

I don't know about you, but for me it's rather hard to romanticize cowards that blow up innocent people just because their masters told them to do it - and that includes those brainwashed mass murdering cowards employed by the military establishment who drop bombs from unseen heights on top of sleeping villagers or while they celebrate weddings. Killers of women and children make me sick.
The worse kind are those who blow up innocent people and then blame it on the "terrorists".

And I think somebody who's willingly protesting the First Lady at a children's book press conference about an issue that isn't related to either the book or the First Lady is insane enough to punch and beat up a disabled girl like a douchebag.
Oh and how does that make him beat up the GIRL? This is like beating up the knife of a mugger instead of the mugger himself. If that's his defense, he's utterly screwed.

I have no idea if you're trying to be funny or what. You defend people who blow up buses and markets and such, oooh but if its the military they're brainwashed mass murdering cowards. Riiight....

You're right, he hasn't. I was exaggerating, but if he's talking about romanticizing cowards who follow their leaders, why is he basically talking about the military instead of the shitload of other cowards who actually attack targets that have no military value? Like those Islamic terrorists in Israel/Afghanistan/Iraq/wherever else?

Read what I wrote again. I was referring to all of them equally as the murdering cowards that they are, which is something only hypocrites and propagandists fail to do.

If war is difficult to understand, it's in part because a lot of soldiers are ready to die but most will escape this fate to live like a resurrected life.

Throughout the ages, all wars have been fought for only one simple reason - greed. At it's most basic level, all that "war" is, is armed robbery at a grand scale. In the old days they used to let soldiers plunder the taken town or city for a day as their reward. Of course, the grand leader got to tax the enslaved survivors and take whatever was of value on the spot.
These days, why individual people end up being indoctrinated as "soldiers" is not so simple to understand since they never profit directly from the spoils of war, but I think the simplest way to understand it, is to understand that people fall for religions all the time because they need to believe in something to give themselves a sense of meaning. The military establishment is nothing more than a tax funded cult, it's leaders are corrupt psychopaths, and it's soldiers are brainwashed unfortunates.
As for the definition of terrorism, if someone who blows up a busy market killing and maiming hundreds is to be a terrorist, then so are those who do the killing during a time of war. Anyone who will drop bombs on sleeping villagers is a cowardly mass murdering killer and a "terrorist" by any definition of the word, and it does not stop there. The majority of the people who suffer and die during a time of war are always the innocent. They die due to a break down in infrastructure and starve to death or die from exposure and disease having been forced from their homes. Just imagine what would happen to you should the bombs start dropping, taking out electricity, fuel supplies, bridges, you name it. In only a day or two your local grocery store will be completely empty. Now what are you going to do? Imagine if you have kids under such a situation. You can live a while without food, but you have to drink water and your taps no longer work. There's a ditch behind your house ...

Greed is a psychological trait some have that can cause conflicts
inside a community. War is a phenomenon directed toward the
outside world for territorial defense purposes.
