Here it is. In a way yeah I was anti-American, but interacting with Americans in forums that have the same frustrations towards their own government and the stance on world politics it takes made me change my mind. They are just like us.
They question their own government like we do ours.
I do have to praise tho that they seem to get off their asses faster to protest and stand up then we do. Ahh thats our Canadian culture, we are soooo laid back.
We tend to reach for the beer bottle than the picket sign.
Thats where I kind of turned around, how can we criticise when we are no better at times.

Truelthfully I haven't encountered a problem with our government that was worth protesting for. Any issues I find with our government was always small, except for that whole seal hunt thing. That was the first cause I have had in my life to actually want to protest something against the Canadian Government. That was some cruel shit.

This is a view that may not be accurate but what seems to be my observation. Democrats and Republicans are more of an ideals than parties. No one seems to be banished if they vote according to their conscientious even if it goes against the grain. Unlike here where you vote with the party or you are out.
They practice Democrocy better than we do.

Sadly it is how liberal fascism promotes Canadian nationalism in Canada...In the eyes of these sick, twisted liberals...to be a good, loyal Canadian you must hate America... IMHO it is not much different then the way radical Islamists promote their ideology...or Quebec promotes it's identity...
I for one, tire of the lies, deceit and chicanery of the liberal fascist movement within Canada... I realize the USA is one of Canada's truly loyal friends and allies and we as Canadians must always stand shoulder to shoulder with our American neighbors on the various hot political topics in the world...be it global warming, fighting terrorism or recognizing the independence of Kosovo...

Sorry to disagree but I think a bigger threat is liberal fascism that will allow the threat of Isamlic extremism to happen.
So lets focus on global warming and forget the real problems which we can really resolve.

In my little corner of the world winter is going very well and quickly too, another 4 to 6 weeks and it'll be all over.
Now, about this Islamo fascism. Why is it this term is never seen in the same sentence as Demo-Fascism, or Neo or even Neo-Con Fascism. It certainly cannot be because the Islamist started the violence between what is percieved as east and west Why exactly the mean spiritness towards Islam? They are not the only world citizenry to adopt a fascist mentality. Ask Mr. Rumsfield, for example.
