Once you got a rep point from a mod, you were supposed to be able to give out rep yourself, but it's never worked. It was limited to mods only to start, to prevent situations of favouritism, but if you look at who has points and why.... well.....

a red card is not a perminent ban, usualy just 1 day.
I seem to remember a thread about this a month or 2 ago... I added screenshots and even got someons login to troubleshoot it and it was fixed...
So people with REP points can't see the thumbs_up image now?
