How do you add rep points to someone else?

I am not kidding, that was a stand-out post. 
You should send that off to the fellows at the Legion - I have no doubt they'd be happy to print that in their magazine.

History is a wonderful tool to learn from.
The problem though is one of context and reference.
Its ironic that a cracking point in my relationship with an English "new ager" was my belief that the H/N nuke strike saved more lives then lost belies my generally anti-war attitude.
Judging the past is frought with peril. Next we will be bring up Grog on murder charges because he bonked Tharg on the head in order to mate with Petal.

Rep points are things that got given out in a big flurry for a couple months but seem to have died down of late....

I don't think it makes sense to have a post rating system and a reputation system that aren't linked, and it definately doesn't make sense to have a Mod-only reputation system - it should just be limited to, say, 500 posts and over.

The way its suppsoed to work is once someone has 1 rep point they can give out rep as well. But something isn't working right I guess.
I kinda gave up on spending time on new forum features for the time being, because I will most liekly be upgrading the forums to phpbb sometime this spring, so I would have to redu it then anyway.
