I'd hate to see the babe gallery go from the main site because of the traffic it does generate. I'd like to sse more of the members step up and donate to the site. There are a lot of people who enjoy the site and have for a long time that don't donate. $15 a year for the gold membership is pretty damn cheep for the entertainment you get here.

   

More features should be available to Gold Members only... maybe restrict non-contributing members to viewing only the last 30 photos in the each of the galleries, or something to that effect.

Right now, there's no real significant advantage in getting the gold membership.

   

I feel good about it. Dont really care about any advantage but more concerned aboot keeping a site alive.

And when I'm in Buttfuck Alberta it will be nice to know I can access this site from anywhere,so there!!!!

   

Good point BN, or gold members get access to all the forum sections, non contributing members only get to go to some general topic sections.

   

Everyone should see the same thing regardless.
Unless you want this forum to die because that's what it will do if you start segregating posters.

   

Sure, and that's why I donated too, but I can't afford to donate very often, being a 'starving student' and all... It's just about making people appreciate all the things the site makes available to them, and that they aren't free.

   

Ican't donate I am too young and my rents won't go along with it As soon as I can I will though.

Has any non Gold members been seeing "Intermission Ads" They take up the whole screen, you check in the top right "continue to ...." to get rid of them, or you can scroll way down.

These might come up every once and awhile. They can only come up a certain amount of times per day per user or something like that.

Something i'm trying out, but hanv't seen it yet.

Because the code has been in place for the better part of a week. Maybe they hadn't activated it yet....

Let me know how frequently it appears, if its too annoying and such.

Also i found that the "Make Poverty history" logo was overlapping the contine link, so i removed it from those forum pages.

   

I got re-directed to an ad site when clicking on a reply notification in my email
