This is part of a show from BBC2 called Top Gear where the three hosts were supposed to buy a clunker for $1000 or less and drive it from Miami to New Orleans and then resell it for as much as possible.
This clip is the part of the episode where they drive through Alabama and are given an interesting challenge by the shows producers....

Judging from their reactions, it's like it wasn't the first time some foreigners had tried a ruse like that. Though, you think they would have reacted better.
Either way, I was laughing my ass off.
Update: added a poll.
Saw that episode on BBC2. I could not believe they actually went through that. You know things start to get really bad when the angry mob you create start to turn on your camera crew.
I wonder what there mothers thought of that after they had seen it or more importantly what Richard Hammonds family thought of that since he had been in a car accident too and when they were there in Florida, nearly became food for the crocs whe n they were doing the challange of how quickly they can get there vehicles up to 50 before they reach the end of the road.
that's priceless!
America land of the free. This is all Lincolns fault. The South should be a country all its own. Absolutely frightening.

Maybe they could do something similar in Saudi Arabia or Iran.
Notice how he compliments the American on his nice teeth in the first episode?
I was going to go on about all the stereotypes and generalizations they were making about the south. Unfortunately after watching it, it's hard to argue. Hopefully that was some creative editing.
No kidding. That's the thing about stereotypes: as odious as they are they usually have a basis in a truth.
Wow! Watch episode 5,lucky their still alive.
Bama is a scary place on a good day!!!!!
Alabama, humm sorta like Medicine Hat, AB.
