See here's the problem with not watching the video then bloviating in pretense of expertise on what you think they might be saying.
Even when you're not flat out wrong (which is rare) about what the video is actually saying you're not going to see what supports the claims.

Canada is losing the battle in dealing with illegal migrants

Canada’s border cops are ringing the alarm bell about the record number of bogus asylum seekers who refuse to leave the country.
Every year, for the past few years, tens of thousands of people enter Canada illegally and make asylum claims. Once they apply to become refugees, their immigration status is normalized and Canada temporarily forgives the fact that they entered illegally. But only temporarily.
If the refugee claim is abandoned by the applicant or rejected by an immigration judge — as happens in about half of the cases — the temporary haven is lifted and the person goes back to their illegal status.
And, according to the head of the Canada Border Security Agency (CBSA) union, Canada is losing the battle when it comes to deporting these illegal migrants.
“For those asylum seekers that know that they are not going to be able to reach the stage that their claim will be granted in Canada, or they know they have a criminal history, the concern is they may disappear,” Jean-Pierre Fortin told Mercedes Stephenson on Global News.
They disappear. Including dangerous criminals.
To add insult to injury, the CBSA recently revealed that some of the claims they receive are from people of “unknown nationalities.”
“For various reasons, there are times when the CBSA cannot immediately determine a person’s country of origin upon their arrival in Canada,” said CBSA Western Canada Communications Officer, Luke Reimer.
An RCMP Freedom of Information request revealed that over half of the migrants crossing illegally into British Columbia were of “unknown nationality.”
“We certainly don’t have the resources to track them down and deport them,” said Fortin about the illegal migrants who “disappear.”
Fortin was advocating for more resources for his workers, as union bosses are known to do. But in this case, the stakes are high and CBSA workers are scrambling to deal with the record number of illegal border crossers and asylum seekers streaming into Canada.
As I reported in the Sun papers, Canada is on track to break its previous record of asylum claims in a single year. 2017 was the record year with 50,390 claims, then that number was topped in 2018 with 55,035. Now 2019 may beat them both.
In the first six months of this year, 26,860 people entered Canada illegally or under false pretenses to make asylum claims. That’s a higher number than at the half-way mark of the previous two years.
These 26,860 asylum seekers will join the queue of 156,155 people who have made refugee claims in Canada since 2016 — Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s first full year in office.
Despite these high numbers, fewer than 900 illegal migrants have been deported under Trudeau’s watch. According to a CBC report, fewer than half of rejected asylum claimants leave on their own, while the majority wait for the CBSA to find them and deport them.
No wonder Fortin and the CBSA want more resources. But how much should Canadians be forced to pay to keep illegal migrants out?
A CBSA report from 2015, prior to Trudeau becoming Prime Minister, showed that the agency spent more than $90 million per year on deportations.
That was before Trudeau welcomed the world’s migrants to come to Canada on social media, before his government rolled out the red carpet to illegal border crossers at Roxham Road, and before the Liberal Government dismantled the refugee determination system that once quickly rejected migrants from safe countries.
Our immigration system is a mess, and Canadian taxpayers are on the hook.

The major news coming from the first national leaders’ debate on Thursday was that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau didn’t bother showing up. With a record like his, full of broken promises, do you blame him?
But just as important as the absence of our Prime Minister were the topics covered — and those excluded from discussion.
According to a recent Angus Reid poll, 20% of Canadians believe immigration is a top election issue, and yet, none of the debate questions were even remotely tied to immigration.
Despite the best efforts of moderator Paul Wells, who asked Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer a question about Brexit, the conversation turned towards immigration — for less than one minute of the two hour debate.
During that time, Green Party Leader Elizabeth May told a string of falsehoods about our immigration system.
“I’ve heard you say it in the House, Andrew, you act as if people are illegals when they come here as refugees,” May said to Scheer.
First, using the term “illegal” as a noun is mean-spirited and derogatory, and yet, May herself does it in this exchange. A quick search on Open Parliament shows, by contrast, that Scheer has never used this pejorative term.
As Scheer attempted to explain the Conservative position on immigration — that it should be fair, orderly and compassionate, but that illegal border crossers jump the immigration queue — May jumped in to assert, “there is no queue for refugees!”
This is patently false. In fact, there are several different queues for refugees coming to Canada.
When refugees are fleeing a war zone, they move to refugee camps and register with UN officials. This registration process creates a queue for refugees, who then wait to be resettled to a safe country like Canada.
Every year, Canada aims to resettle about 50,000 UN refugees. The asylum seekers entering Canada illegally to seek asylum are bypassing this orderly queue and placing themselves at the front of the line.
But that’s not the only queue asylum seekers are hopping.
Because of the surge of illegal border crossings during the Trudeau years, the wait times for asylum claims to be processed has proliferated. According to the most recent Auditor General report, there is a backlog of 75,000 applicants.
This backlog causes asylum seekers to wait in limbo for their case to be heard in front of an immigration judge. The current wait time to see a judge is about two years, but could be as long as 11.
This means legitimate refugees who are fleeing war, violence and persecution must wait in a queue alongside bogus refugees looking to score freebies from the Canadian taxpayers. This is because Canada has no meaningful triage system to quickly reject asylum claims that are obviously false.
Finally, Canada’s refugee resettlement agencies prepare for an annual intake of about 50,000 refugees. Under the Trudeau government, Canada has, on average, also received an additional 50,000 asylum seekers per year.
Given the limited resources of these agencies, legitimate refugees will be stuck waiting for helpful services while those who crossed the border illegally and have weak asylum claims will be helped first.
No matter which way you look at it, illegal border crossers coming from the United States are jumping a refugee queue.
Defenders of the controversial UN Compact on Migration insisted that the goals of this global scheme were noble — including a new emphasis on correcting the record when public figures spread misinformation about immigration.
I look forward to those voices stepping up and correcting May for her fabrications — but I won’t hold my breath.

And it was a photo clip from the video, not a meme. I clipped it to show you the stats illustrating what you missed.
You still haven't figured out that what she was explaining in the video was how the stats could become almost a million immigrants in a year. She explained it all in the video.
Yet you still want to present yourself on as an expert on something you never saw and obviously know nothing about.

Here, try this then see if you can figure it out:
She was talking about people coming into the country in the year who may not have been registering as immigrants but had a pathway to citizenship. Her point was the stats were therefore much higher for immigrants with an eye to future permanent residency than appeared to be by the stat of simple applications to immigrate.

Mass Migration Drives Historic Canadian Population Growth
Over the past year, Canada has seen record growth in population, with 82.2 per cent of the growth being attributed to mass migration according to numbers published this week by Statistics Canada

Quebec has also been the site of the majority of illegal border crossings from the United States over the last few years as many Haitian migrants abandon the United States to avoid being deported to their home country.

Sponsors of refugees call on New Government to do more

Groups which privately sponsor refugees to come to Canada are calling on the newly-elected Canadian government to bring in more refugees under its own auspices. The Canadian Refugee Sponsorship Agreement Holders Association (SAH Council) says private sponsorship of refugees should be in addition to, and not instead of, government-sponsored resettlement.
