 Sadly I don't know more about that area.

Where I'm moving, federally a Conservative won with 5 digits while all his opponents could only muster 4. Provincially a Liberal spot.

And by complete chance, there could be a Commie for me to vote for.

EDIT: I'll be a stones throw from that electoral district.

If you're in the interior, you'll likely be burned at the stake...

Interior being... Not on the Island or at the borders?

I'm moving to Kelowna.

I think where I am now is a bit more unsafe,

Okanagan? Wasted on you! Wine country, hot chicks on the beaches, beautiful scenery, lake monster... and you'll be reading Marx in the basement and using mascera for your Lenin goatee.

ROTFL

I can't wait to see the Okanagan again... I also hope that fire a few years ago hasn't fatally scarred the beauty of the entire area.

Is this the area that'll burn me at the stake? Cause that could be the first on the list of negatives.

The fire has very much changed the landscape. I'm told it actually looks closer to what it did over a 100 or more years ago when we didn't fight the forest fires.

the Okanagan is rather conservative. They'll love ya.

How small do you think the Okanagan is? That fire only torched a park and a bunch of fancy homes. That's the reason it made headlines.

Cement City. Played tennis there during a convention at the end of November.
Wanted to shoot myself when I got back home...

The NDP have yet to see a tax they didn't love. Gordo was the best and only weapon the NDP had over the Liberals and with him gone they're screwed. I don't think ANY of the cabinet will run. Could end up being a Chuck but I doubt it. Can't be seen THAT much in bed with Harper and expect to hold office.

Kelowna? I was raised there when I was younger, I only remember bits and pieces...
Those pieces were enjoyable.

It's got a real beach at least. The closest beach where I live now is man-made...

Kelowna's not too bad. But do make sure you get up to Nelson some time. Not only is it a beautiful little town but it's full of hotties, draft dodgers and hippies which makes it my 2nd favourite place in BC.

To bad, and funny thing, Carol James hasn't said she will outright scrap the HST, only look at if she becomes premier...{shudder}

Yeah, the Nelson/Trail area is one of the few NDP strongholds outside of the Fraser Valley.

I can just see it too, she'll take a look and say, "Yep, that's the HST all right."
