Seeing that baby squirm defenseless and its head be crushed, and the heart beat doubling and trippling.

I can`t believe a 1st world nation like Canada would accept such inhuman practices.

   

My wife and I are pro choice, but our choice is life. Those videos are difficult, but the news that comes out of China regarding abortion techniques and practices, make them pale by comparison.

Prevention should always be the first choice.

I dont need to watch. I'm already pro life. I'm always discuraged by the pro choice crowed they refuse to acknowlage a fathers right to raise the child.

A woman could legally abort in the 3rd trimester.

It's not that black or white... It has a lot of shades of grey in between.

What if the child is a product of a violent rape and she just found out that she is pregnant (only one week old)?

   

All I know is its a life.

That life deserves the right to continue living.

The only circumstance when it could be acceptable is when the woman consents when her life is at *serious* risk.

Its a barbaric thing to allow people to freely do , and I would take your 'communist' country over a barbaric nation any day.

But it doesn't have those body parts at one week old. What if the woman was in serious emotional distress from the rape and now having to carry the rapists baby?

I don't think abortion should ever be used, as it is alot these days, as a means of contraception. It's used way too freely, but I think in certain dire situations, and if it's still early enough in the pregnancy that the fetus doesn't have a beating heart, etc. then the woman should have the choice.

That life could turn out in a misserable one. I rather see someone have an abortion at 6 weeks of pregnancy, then starve her/his child to death at age 4. AND IT FREAKIN' HAPPENS! More than you want to know.

Yes, I'm pro choice. But that does NOT necessarily mean I am pro-abortion always. Sometimes, I am. But definitely not always. I was horrified when a friend aborted her child because "it didn't fit in her life" right then. Hubby left her and her first born. In a country like this, that was NOT necessary. You can raise your kids on welfare here.

Like Shep said earlier, prevention should be the first choice.

   

I think also, now with "the morning after" pill, if you have any doubts, especially after an assault, just take the pill and you can avoid having to make the decision.

   

I agree with you, but isn't that not a form or abortion too? Isn't any "not used egg" a form of abortion (or not letting life happen) in westmanguys mind?
