Saskatchewan is the third most productive province in the country. British Columbia is fourth.

However, Saskatchewan would be even more prosperous without an NDP government in power.

And British Columbia will soon make it out of its economic slump.

Things are starting to look up. Ontario and Alberta will no longer have to bear the brunt, and hopefully, equalization payments will begin to be used to develop the economies of provinces in need of these funds, so they can begin providing for other provinces that need help.
