I would say the Samsungs are much better than the Acer LCD's
This one in particular is good because it has very low refresh "2ms" and a high contrast ratio.
There is a cheaper version of this same Samsung monitor that has "5ms" (model 225BW), so if your not a gamer, you probably wouldn't notice a difference and its a good $50 cheaper.

Here's mine. I bought it as a gift for myself after I got back from overseas. I also have a couple 'o flags around my desk. Canadian and Scottish flags. I used to have 2 Scottish ones but one went missing in a move. I would like to get more. We'll see.

It was from a set of wind chimes that i had bought for my mother over thirty years ago, when she passed I cut it up and gave one each to my brothers and sisters.

view from my desk, I used to have a big top thingy on my desk that blocked any view. Dunno why I never removed it before!

I love my monitor and I dont care if people say its too big. Games, movies and doing some apps on this is awsome !!!
Right now I got my cable TV, my computer and now my PS3 which Ill update the pic tonight

Canadaka - voted yes in your poll. I have 2x Dell 24" widescreens side by side, and they completely rock!!
