That's fantastic that life is returning to normal for you and your community Mowich! [B-o]

Hopefully the same can soon be said for other communities as well. Autumn is upon us and with that should be cooler and wetter weather and an end to the wildfire season.

My sister visited last week tried coming and going to check the cabin on S Green Lake but the road was still closed then.
Here's a pic she posted of the army camped at 70 mile.

Definitely cooler wetter weather for us in the forecast. We may not see any new fires break out but a few of those burning now will do so long into the winter and possibly into spring - they are that big. They will be monitored for hot spots but as they are no longer a threat to communities will not need the massive front-line response that they did initially.
