Yep, sue someone cause you're friggen stupid. Gotta love how no one is responsible for their own actions anymore. Even if the claim is true that he was offered a Mountain De to try this, he electrocuted himself for a bottle of pop. A Darwin award candidate he surely is.

He was 18, in what grade 6? Serves him rght, as for the parents and lawyer...common sense would tell you not to do this. My 8 year old has more common sense then this loser or his parents!
