Someone complained. The judicial system is just doing it's job. So far she is being questioned not Tasered.

You aren't proposing denying the Sudan the right to formulate laws based on their religious beliefs are you?
They might even uphold the right to teach their children that Atheism is wrong.

Is Sudan going to sanction me for my actions in the USA? If so, then they are inflicting their religious beliefs on me and I think that I might take exception to that.

A representative of the MCB was on British TV this morning and even he said that holding this teacher is completely absurd. He also made the interesting point that rather than taking offense, the other teachers and parents should feel proud that their children are embracing their religion by using the name "Muhammed."
Ah, I dunno. You can't do anything anymore without offending someone.
