Thats the problem. ridenhacks remarks shows that he actually believes this. He blames every single incedent where somebody who should stay locked up forever somehow falls through the cracks directly on the Libs/lefties and thinks this would never happen under a good and proper conservative justice system. Of course he doesn't seem to understand what other atrocities will happen under that justice system or that peaceful societies have continually moved away from such systems for a valid reason.

While this POS deserves to rot in jail our "leftist" and "liberal" system of justice seems to be serving us quite well given the high level of peace and security on our streets. Far more then in countries that behead pedophiles. Once upon a time we did have jails that resembled torture chambers until they were reformed (recall one of our little hertiage Canada TV spots).
Under your system David Milgard would have been literally tortured then executed.
