Ummm honey you might want to check the date of that. That was actually the speech where the people of Halifax gave him so many one finger salutes. It was a few years late , a photo op and grasping at straws because he was so low in favor in the US.

That was the Britsh forces... as Canada was still just a colony then.
I always thought the Britsh one against the French, and Quebec has more rights than the rest of Canada. How did that work for you?
