Terrible news.
I hope this nutjob isn't a big PC gamer.

First person shooters, access to firearms, Christian parents, CSI Miami, George Bush, The Republican Party, Iranian nuclear proliferation, free speech, and the 17th Annual Berkeley Hills Bicycle Race will all be cited as causes of the tragedy.

Everyone will blame everyone else but the shooter himself.

8O Wow! its quite amazing how one person can take the tragic deaths of 33 people and turn it around to boost their own personal agenda.

I hope that the victims and their families and friends find peace soon. Such a tragic event puts things into perspective bout how our lives can change in a moment.

And your referring to whom? .... Use the quote function, be brave.

I wish the media wouldn't name the killer, those who want to follow in his footsteps eat the media reporting up.

So many innocent people, it's beyond comprehension.

This is the second shooting at this school, perhaps a firearm course would help and then allow some students to be armed. I think I'd smuggle one in after what has happened.

Right now the buzz is that it may not be a student. The criminal was found without an ID and there's no discussion or rumor of who it might be and that's leading some in the media to believe the attacker is not a student.

I envy you your innocence. I mean that sincerely.

The school actively bans anyone from carrying a firearm on school grounds - including school police it's being said.

This in a state where people do get training from the state to carry concealed firearms after a thorough criminal background check.

CNN says 22 dead now.
The radio is now saying it is a suspected terrorist attack - Dept. of Homeland Security is supposed to have sent an alert to schools across the country about it.

Where the hell do you get the nerve!
*edited for personal attack* As that is virtualy impossible I'll do the next best thing; Ignore you for the remainder of your time on this forum.

What? You once said you'd like to see a war between the US & the UK - which would obviously result in some American deaths - so it stands to reason that 33 dead Americans would be a reason for you to crack a can of Norrlands Guld and toast the killer.

Oh, and as eye-rolling is obligatory in this thread...

I have NEVER advocated the death of inocent lives. Twist and turn my words all you want.. won't change that fact.
You, on the other hand, have on several occasions.
You claim I hate the U.S, yet I've never uttered those words. I didn't wish for the death of these people. I wasn't trying to promote anyhting but reason and sanity by posting my respons to that infuriating BS.
You might dislike me, you might even hate me, but I don't hate those 33 americans who lost their lifes today.

You had no problem with a nuclear war betwen the US & the UK.

Your words are damaging enough on their own. I need not "twist and turn" them to cause you harm, all I need to do is accurately quote them.

OPP OPP:

No, I haven't. It seems that you and I disagree on what constitutes 'innocence'. Crazy, maniacal, islamists who behead people like Daniel Pearl may be 'innocent' to you but to me they are just targets.

Promoting a war between the US & UK because it was something you'd like to see is an expression of hate. Again, your own words do your credibility far more harm than any mere utterance of mine.

I hate to disappoint you, but I neither hate you nor dislike you. I may pity you to some degree or another, but for the most part I don't really care one way or the other about you.

With reference to the 33 Americans you don't hate it seems that you and Josef Stalin have something in common...

The death of one man is a tragedy. The death of millions is a statistic.

The families have a great lawsuit.

Virginia Tech had two bomb threats a week ago.

The shooter shot 1 person in the morning, then returns later to slaughter innocent students?? WTF!!

Why did the campus not have more security on site after the bomb threat, and also after the first shooting, why didn't they lock down the campus at that time??

Oh yeah, remember folks.. Guns don't kill people, People do. (right)

usababe @ Mon Apr 16, 2007 5:13 pm

from what i understand, the school locked down the building of the first shooting and believed the gunman left the area based on the evidence at the scene.....how where they to know he would continue on later, if it was even the same person....that is still unknown....i'm sure there are things that should have been differently
