The Israeli retribution for this attack is going to be fucking brutal. They probably won't stop until ever building in Gaza and the West Bank is reduced to rubble and anything that moves is shot twice.

The barbarism displayed by the Hamas will be their undoing.

   

Yeah the Gaza Strip will exist in name only after this and most of the world will be hard pressed to care. Whatever sympathy people have for the Palestinian cause is all but gone after this horror. I understand the urge to lash out at an oppressor, even though it’s futile and counterproductive in the end, but this is beyond justification. You’re not winning people over to your point of view by kidnapping old grannies and gunning down children in front of their families.

An attack could have been predicted with all the shit the Israeli government has been shovelling in the West Bank, but no one predicted it would come from Gaza. And with the Israeli government telling Palestinians telling people to get out of Gaza, they aren't fooling anyone. Everyone knows that the Israelis have made it impossible for anyone to enter or leave Gaza. People can't leave for things like cancer treatment, and that is how Israel has designed it. You can't bottle people up for that long under those conditions without something erupting.

Pretty much the entirety of the hardcore American left*, from the Squad in Congress to the university students groups to BLM to Antifa and on to and all the other assorted pieces of shit have all come out in open support of Hamas. And there is no one at all who's been paying attention to their rhetoric since the 1960's who is surprised in the slightest that they would do this. Know your enemy please, I say to those who are still among the decent. This is what they've always been like and always will be.

300,000 reservists called up. No where near enough to occupy the west bank but will cripple the Israeli economy. There is no way out of the west bank even if they wanted to get out. Chemical and biological warfare is expected. Those hostages are as good as dead. UN will not be allowed to do anything because of course it will be vetoed.

This is a war of annihilation where the extreme wings on both sides dictate the terms. Hamas may be rooted out after a long and bloody occupation but the cost could well be the Israeli state bled white impaled on a trap of their own making.

To march 'in support of Palestinians" the day after a Hamas terrorist attack that killed 700 civilians is best described by a word Hillary used: deplorable. Utterly deplorable.
To be so deluded you think you speak for Palestinians assumes you think they all support murder and terrorism, when you're merely dupes.
Although totally free to march, may you be met like the KKK's freedom to protest with rotten tomatoes, eggs and bricks.
