Who wouldn't be mentally stressed if they had to go to jail? Not very many people I would think. They don't get to go home for stress, why should she? At least the error has been corrected.

   

Did the judge remand her for her 45 day sentence again? Or is it still the 23 day one?

As in a previous news report, it stated the following:

"She was pulled over by California Highway Patrol on Jan. 15. Officers informed Hilton she was driving on a suspended license and she signed a document acknowledging she was not to drive. She then was pulled over by sheriff's deputies on Feb. 27, at which time she was charged with violating probation."

Pulled over on Jan 15th 07 and SIGNED a document acknowledging she was NOT to drive (if that was any of us, we wouldn't of been asked to sign anything - it woulda been - Go to Jail, do Not PAss Go! - then she was pulled over again on Feb 27th /07 and was finally charged with violating probation - hello, her attitude ALONE clearly shows - defiance and an "above the law - screw you " attidtude -

Some folks are saying it was JUST a driving probation, not a murder, but she had already been charged prior to Jan, was caught driving in JAn, was caught again in Feb - drinking and driving - it's everybody's business when someone gets behind the wheel under the influence of alcohol!!!! She not only had a "screw you I'll do whatever the hell I want" attitude, she took her life and the LIVES of others into her hands... fans or no fans, she broke the law several times.... with no care of concern to her fans, to her own life, let alone the lives of others...

A poor demonstration of an heir, a huge lack of responsibility towards herself and others.

DRIVING is NOT A RIGHT, it is a PRIVELEDGE and she does not deserve the privelege after such a hissy display of "poor me" - thank gawd, she didn't have an accident, thank gawd, she didn't kill herself and some innocent family on the way to an evening out for a supper treat!!!!

Like anybody else, who acts so irresponsibly and disrespects the law, her licence should be EVOKED and Daddy and Mommy can hire a chauffeur to take their spoiled and arrogant little brat to where she has to go - obviously, someone has to keep an eye on this defiant and disrespectful child!!!

She violated probation and that's why she is in jail (for now). How is Arnold responsible for her getting out?

   

LOS ANGELES, California -- Paris Hilton was sent back to jail today, the judge who put her in jail for violating her reckless-driving probation ordered her back into custody after she was released by Sheriff Lee "Thunderpants" Baca.

The Office of Lee Baca stated that Pairs Hilton did visit the Sheriff after midnight on Wednesday, but also stated the sexual encounter that followed was "in no way related to her release, and Thunderpants is a nickname she bestows on all her male aquantinces."

Realizing he had missed important T.V. coverage when Paris was first sent to jail, the Rev. Al Sharpton arrived and announced "I'm Rev. Al Sharpton, and I have arrived." Upon being informed that Paris was white, he shouted "Guilty! Sharpton, out.", over his shoulder as he left.

While Paris' aroma therapist and dog masseuse was telling the crowd of Paris' medical conditions (which included 'acute home sickness' and 'nervous flatulance') a scuffle broke out between what appeared to be 2 female corrections officers arguing about who gets to conduct the body cavity search this time. Onlookers were shocked and disgusted as the 2 women tore each others clothes off in the fight, revealing them to be Rosie O'Donnell and Ellen Degeneres.

It is about time that some of these "spoiled brats" realilize that they cannot have the world revolve around them, and that because they have money, they can do whatever they want.

She broke the law. She needs to pay for her actions.

If it means jail, well maybe she will grow up and get a taste of real life, even though she is not in the general population while in jail.

She maybe a beautiful woman (in looks), and could have any guy she wants, but she needs an attitude adjustment. A little humanity and compassion definately would not hurt her!!!!!!

   

That attitude is what makes her ugly

   

   

Finally, the bitch is in jail. Hope she gets a bit of a beating or at least a hard slap in the face from the other prisoners.
