The last attorney to speak was another deputy city attorney, David Bozanich, who declared, "This is a simple case. There was a court. The Sheriff's Department chose to violate that order. There is no ambiguity."

As he made the final pitch for Hilton's further incarceration, Hilton's entire body began trembling. He had a ball of tissue clutched in her hand and tears ran down her face.

Seconds later the judge announced his decision.

"The defendant is remanded to county jail to serve the remainder of her 45-day sentence. This order is forthwith," he said.

Hilton screamed.
thats the best part..LOL

R=UP for the judge for not falling for the little spoiled princess theatrics

This should be under the category funny - it's hilarious. She's acting like a 3 year old. I wonder if she stumped her feet while screaming?

I wonder if there was a video recording of the scream. That I would really love to see.

She needs to learn her lesson. If this is the only way, so be it...

"Mom!"

What a spoiled brat...I'd still be rotting in a cell if I drove with a suspended license.

I hope this is her wake up call that there are repercutions for ones actions. Maybe this will help her to act more responsable as an adult then running around like a ditzy teen.

This is why I take public transit...

Still, you got to admit, it's gotta suck to an extent. To be told you're being put under house arrest with a reduced sentence, then told the next day you're back in jail for the full sentence.

I do agree that was a little cruel, and obviously someone somewhere overstepped their authority.

For sure. From what I was hearing on CNN (which show just how crappy CNN has gotten) the judge in the case was pretty pissed at the LA Sheriff for letting her out early for no justifiable reason. FFS, people in jail in the US have died because they weren't allowed to see a doctor in time and she gets out because of mental stress?

Now I wonder if she can get out and off completely under the crule and unusal ponishment protion of the constitution. Because no matter how much I feel she should be in Jail it is crule to give a person a sentence then reduce it, then with out them doing anything to warrent it (brake the law again) get put back into jail.

It would make for an interesting case if it made it to court.
