Well I doubt we'll see Rummy do any hard time, but it's nice to see the idea is being mooted. In any case history will judge the schmuck harshly.

Hey folks; sorry to break into a sweet discussion to tell you my petty woes, but it seems that some rednecked mod on this site has decided that my well thought out points are more offensive language and had me barred from the forums. yes, some, maybe as many as 5 or 6, may find my ideas offensive, and that, no doubt is why one of them pushed the "BAN" button. But wait, isn't that suppression of thought, gagging of the press, human rights violation? Isn't that what the same goofballs are claiming ore poor soldiers are fighting for? Isn't that hypocritical? Betcher booties it is. Speaking of 5 or 6; is it? Is it maybe 1 or 2 signed in a few times? A few of them remind me of 0ne psycho bimbo whose name I shall not mention who vowed to get me kicked out of here as well as a few other things. Could she be back? Maybe her hubby too? Really, I don't give a rat's patootie and don't have a lot of time for this forum anyhow as many may have noticed. Speakinf of the many who may or may not notice; not that standing up for me will do you a lot of good, but not standing up for me means that there'll just be a lot of rednecks left posting back and forth with no little voice of sanity named Larry left to challenge their stupidity.

I've always enjoyed your comments , sometimes blunt , but always to the point. I usually read your posts , sometimes I have a good laugh because I know specific people are going to be offended , which makes it even funnier . Pop in once in awhile and be yourself as you have always been . I've got pissed off with a few people and even requested a ban on one . Well I cooled off and realized that was just pushing it too far and revoked that request , its just to bad people can't avoid being so offended by the occasional post . CKA has a few little lynch mobs but I'm okay with them as long as it doesn't become harmful and get out of hand .

Although this will never see a courtroom, this will ensure that Rummy can never leave the US.

As obnoxious as that is it doesn't warrant a jailing.

People have been given "Uber Canuck" medals for more.

Obviously it's a matter of personal standards to some extent, but it isn't hard to find all kinds of very provocative and controversial material on the net, even from fairly respectable sources.

Fig's posts may be disagreeable, but that alone isn't just cause for jailing him.

uhh..... jeez, I really doubt that he meant for it to be taken literally!

There's a LOT of tongue-in-cheek in his posts, I think. On an internet forum that can lead to misunderstandings, but in such cases the mods should give the member in question the benefit of the doubt, or at least give the member a chance to clarify/explain his point, something which as far as I can see didn't occur here.

And the fact that there are soldiers on this site is immaterial. This isn't some dedicated military site where the civvies have to play by their rules.
