Griped on another forum that a 60L fillup cost me $114. Check out todays highest prices, noting that the stations are outside the 18.5c Vancouver transit tax area, yet are far higher than prices in Vancouver proper. Drivers RIPPED OFF for at least $11 a fill.
The same 60L fill would've cost $144 here
The vote buying Doug Ford 6c savings would've meant ONLY $141.60
The 13c Alberta vote buy would've meant ONLY $136.14
Across the line in Washington, exchange rates included $83.00. And [b]they're/b] pissed at high prices!
That why I don't support tax cuts. The taxes are the only part that does you any good, and greedy pigs @BigOil will just rip you off even more.
Delist them from the stock market NOW.
...and here I thought this was a thread about ice-cream.
I though it was a movie thread. ![]()

Not that I disagree that oil companies are run by rapacious, greedy pigs and they are gouging us from every orifice, but those prices are not accurate in any way, shape or form. The gas station around the corner from where I live is 185.9. The gas station from the top of that list is also 185.9, I drove past it no less than half an hour ago on the way to the vet.
We've always about 20 cents over Alberta and 10 cents under BC.
Last week they were between 185.9 and 189.9 in Abby. The worst I saw was a few weeks ago when they hit 199.9
I know when the flooding happened last year, a few stations in Chiliwack went up to 2.80 until the government stepped in.
The band office owns the station here, a few eeks back they hiked the price three times (on gas already in their tanks) and the station outside town didn't. For a few days there was a 29c difference in price.
Again today gasbuddy's reporting Abby-Chilliwack prices at 2.299, 239.9 all by different people.
I don’t know those gas prices are coming from. Every gas station I passed today was 184.9.
Though, when I do the current location option, that’s when I see the inaccurate prices. It’s weird that there would be such a discrepancy between what I see when I search Abbotsford versus current location
