A youth first time offender;1. registration as a sex offender, probation and intense counseling.
Second time offender;2. chemical castration, aversion therapy and counseling in prison.
Third time offender;3. prison for life, no parole, no counseling.
If an adult, start at step 2.
P.S. for all you hopefuls out there, the little girl will NOT forget. It WILL have an affect on her life and future relationships.
