Trumpocalypse Thread - The End Is Now

Talk about winning!!! Trump has only been in office barely over a hundred days now and we already have our first American Pope!!! Talk about winning!!! Is there nothing this man can't do? Hey you Canadians.... put that coffee down. Coffee is for closers only. You think I'm fucking with you? LOL!!! Of course I'm fucking with you. I bet its only a few hours before Trump starts claiming victory for the new Pope being American.

I seriously wonder if the Vatican thought that an American Pope could somehow restrain Trump? It would actually be a good strategy. The Catholic church came under heavy fire during WW2 for not speaking out enough about the axis powers especially when they were located deep within one. Not only did the Catholic church turn a blind eye to all the killing done by the Axis powers during the war, they were actively involved in relocating Nazi's and Nazi collaborators after the war. Maybe this time they are ready to stay ahead of the game a little bit better than they were in the 1930's. Just a thought.

Trump was actually getting an Evangelical pastor involved who was very anti-Ukranian because he gargled the right wing Russian fed talking points. Then the pastor went to Ukraine and saw all the Othodox churches destroyed by Russia, and spoke to Orthodox Priests tortured by Russia and is now heavily anti-Russian. And POTUS listens to this guy.

So if the new Pope and 2 Billion Catholics can't influence him, then perhaps his own holy man will.
