Peacekeeper? Between who. There is not to fucking armys, its the Taliban a terrorist group, most none Afghanis, run by the Drug lords. The you ahve the new Afghan army, they cannot even defend themselves. Peacekeepers, old Jack has been smoking the farmers and growing over there. I like him to send his ass there and wear a blue beret unarmed. He's full of BS.

Before or after the Americans supported them? So why be there at all? You obviosly realise it's an excersise in futility.
The Taliban has become a label meaning anyone who apposes the invaders. Perhaps no one knew of a good tailor to make the acceptable uniforms when the USSR and USA first came a long. Not all fighting in Europe to keep the Nazi's out, were European. Good tailors were on hand though, prior to the war. The Americans for one, had time to prepair.
