Now to go after his co-conspirators and the child molesters who are
still predating on children in Hollywood.
Harvey Weinstein now facing LIFE in prison after Manhattan DA files new charges related to the 'rape and sexual abused' of a third woman in 2006
Harvey Weinstein is facing three additional charges: Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree and two counts of Predatory Sexual Assault
Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance announced the new charges on Monday while filing a superseding indictment in the case
The Criminal Sexual Act charge is related to a forcible sexual act against a third woman, which occurred in 2006 according to the district attorney's office
One of the Predatory Sexual Assault charges is also related to that alleged assault in 2006, and carries a maximum sentence of life behind bars
The second Predatory Sexual Assault charge is related to the same 2013 assault for which Weinstein was already indicted on Rape in the First and Third degree
The sixth charge of Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree for which Weinstein has been indicted already is related an alleged assault which occurred in 2004
Good to see this arrogant prick face justice.
I still think it's going to be hard to get a conviction especially with these charges since most of these encounters took place when he was "alone" with the women and they'll be lucky to get another Cosby verdict which was obviously done based on the belief of and numbers of women who accused him.
What bothers me isn't that this prick should be in jail but, that without DNA evidence, witnesses or another form of corroboration the number of accusations in these cases should mean sweet fuck all but don't. Accusations have become the new benchmark for finding guilt both in the courthouse and the court of public opinion which is a very dangerous way to assign guilt because it means that there is no evidence required and all you need to do is make the accusation and the person is automatically guilty.
Kind of sounds like the Communists version of a justice system doesn't it?
But on the plus side. Even if they can't convict Harvey the Pervert on the sex charges he's still so deep in the shit they'll likely have to pipe sunlight to him when he's found guilty of all the other crimes he committed.

Could there be more criminal charges against Harvey Weinstein? Yes. First, the inquiry by the office of the Manhattan district attorney, Cyrus R. Vance Jr., is continuing. An investigative grand jury is now reviewing evidence of other alleged sexual assault allegations against Mr. Weinstein as well as possible financial crimes relating to his using money to silence people. Second, since last year, federal prosecutors have been investigating possible financial improprieties by Mr. Weinstein, focusing on fraud allegations related to an AIDS charity fund-raiser. And they have broadened their inquiry to include allegations Mr. Weinstein may have violated federal stalking laws in his dealings with women who have accused him of sexual assault. Additionally, inquiries were underway in London and Los Angeles.

Related, because accusations against Kevin Spacey were part of what set off the landslide that ended up burying Harvey Weinstein as well. Cast member from LA Confidential hints that twenty years ago Spacey was behaving really badly on that set as well:

“Memento” star Guy Pearce said disgraced actor Kevin Spacey was “a handsy guy” while working together on the 1997 film “L.A. Confidential.”
“Interview” host Andrew Denton asked Pearce, 50, what it was like working with Spacey, News.com.au reported.
“Tough one to talk about at the moment. Amazing actor. Incredible actor. Slightly difficult time with Kevin, yeah... He’s a handsy guy,” the Australian actor told Denton.
The TV host remained quiet as Pearce continued, “Thankfully I was 29, and not 14.”

It's interesting the Hollywood Liberal Fake News Media has literally ignored the sex trafficking charges against Allison Mack. Sure there has been a few stories but that's about it, maybe they're afraid these charges could open to to door to Hollywood's Elite power players who have more skeletons in their closest than Harvey.
He needs to be keel hauled.

While I heard this from a known tin-foil YT channel the speaker did a pretty good job of linking the perverts at NXIVM with friends at Scientology. Seems there's some confluence between the two groups in their celebrity affiliations.
Not saying that Scientology is in any way responsible for what Mack's group did but that Scientology might be covering for their celebrity members who were affiliated in some way with NXIVM. That would explain some of the pressure on the media to not cover the story.
The other thing, IMHO, is that NXIVM dealt with consenting adults. As weird and bizarre as they are I'm not hearing of anyone who was forced into the organization or forced to stay in it. Coerced or pressured, yes. Forced? No.
While it is a sensational subject the sexual practices of the group to my eyes don't include anything illegal although the government is making just that case against them. They're a BDSM group and while that ain't my bag last I recall it's also not my business. Nor is it any business of the US government.
The more compelling and underlying issue to the government is the money behind the group and their apparent Ponzi scheme that's used to make money for the group. That much does indeed stink of criminal fraud to me.
Bombshell Bourdain interview is published one month after his suicide: Celebrity chef unloads on 'rapey, gropey and disgusting Bill Clinton and hopes Weinstein is 'beaten to death in jail'
Anthony Bourdain gave a lengthy, wide ranging interview to journalist Maria Bustillos for her recently launched magazine Popula
In the interview, conducted in February and published Sunday, Bourdain slammed Bill Clinton's handling of his sexual misconduct allegations
He also condemned Clinton's wife Hillary for her role in 'destroying' the women
Bourdain, one of the most outspoken male supporters of the #MeToo movement, said he would have liked to see the producer 'beaten to death in his cell'
He also touched on politics in the Trump-era saying he would compromise his principles for some 'f**king competency'
Bourdain also bizarrely said Jared Kushner's eyebrows appeared 'manscaped' and said he 'was a born snitch'
I wonder what skeletons are hiding in Bourdain's closet.
Methinks he protests a little too loud.
