This was just released, a promo pic for Spiderman 3, out in 2007. No, this isn't B&W, but rather a new costume for Spidey!

Who is it this time? Mysterio? Ooooh oooooh I hope it's Venom and Carnage.

   

From what I've heard, Venom and possibly the punisher will be in the movie.

   

As long as Kirsten Dunst is in the movie that's all I care about.

Thomas Haden Church is already confirmed as the Sandman. The other villian is unknown at this point.

Sandman? He was the lamest and weakest villian in all of Spiderman, at least in my opinion.

   

WTF?

I thought he was cool, him and hydroman. Then there was the time the two of them combined to form Quicksand man.

   

I stand corrected Hydroman was the lamest villian. Actually I don't know much about Sandman or the Sinister Six but I think Carnage and Venom would be better. Arnold Schwarzenegger as Eddie Brock.

Or the Spider-Man clone Ben Reilly to help him out.

P.S - What issue was that when they combined?

seriously though... I never really read the comics, but Venom and Carnage always seemed cooler than Spiderman... were they good guys or not though?

Actually it looks like Venom isn't in it, it lists Dr Connors which means he is the Lizard so......

   

What's the deal with all these other versions of Spiderman (the different suits, and Carnage)? Where do they come from?
