That was probably the most shocking and intense episode of the entire series so far.
More than a few of my friends have commented on how Lizzie's sentiments about the dead echo the nonsense that kids are taught in school these days:
"They're just different."
As if you can make peace or negotiate with them.
Yeah that was an intense/shocking episode. I was when they came up on Lizzie, Mika and Judith.
Then Carol OMG . Carol getting it done.
Only 3 more episodes
The Walking Dead via "The Grove" episode shows the realistic impact the apocalypse could have on children via Lizzie.
True.
I gotta say too, the young actress who played Lizzie did some really good crazy. When she started screeching at Carol about killing her "friend" I was just yelling at the tv "just slap the stupid out of her!"
I like this season, but previous were better. 5 seasons will be enought in full for this film, so it will be epic. If more than 5, it will have a status of rolled to shit.
Been plenty of shocking, over the top episodes.
But that was the most disturbing. Great series!
A very dark and disturbing episode but I'm still amazed that after a year of being a survivor in a zombie apocalypse most of the people are still dumb as posts. They camp on railway tracks, sit in the middle of the road, and explore buildings like kids walking through a haunted house on halloween while letting brain dead zombies get the drop on them continually.
FFS, it's a life a death situation daily and keeping your "humanity" should be the least of your worries. Another issue I've got is that everyone else except for Rick's group are psychotic maniacs with a predisposition towards vicarious violence. Well folks, after seeing the Governor and his people, it should become pretty obvious what skills you need to survive the apocalypse and kindness or compassion for all things living, or dead aren't the top ones.
Sorry about the rant but, stupidity, even on TV pisses me off and the writers should stop worrying about politically correct crap or human morality and get on with making these people harder than Iron Mans Stool otherwise these clowns except for Darrel and Carol will eventually end up as the main course at the annual Zombie Mess Dinner.
BTW one last thing. They haven't got more than 20 miles from Atlanta in one year? WTF is up with that?
The safest place to survive would be a nuclear power plant (as long as it hasn't gone Chernobyl ) since they're designed to keep people out. Which raises another issue, what about nuclear power plants going Chernobyl not to mention the stock piles of chemical and biological weapons that would in time become unstable, ah who cares as long as Michonne survives it's all good.
