Stephen Harper-- Still has no clue about an average Canadian
Ruserious Ruserious:
and also while we're at it here, let's not forget Stephen Harper's miscalculations over the sports credit for kids...
I'll give $500 per child back... when in truth it will only be $80.
$500 deduction means that $500 of your income won't be taxed, not a $500 reduction in taxes, see how that works? Good now go back to high school and take intro to micro/macro econ and then perhaps you can understand the rest of economic policy.
USCAdad USCAdad:
There are also a lot of scared girls that had a hard time getting into the top half of their class.
I don't know where you went to school, so perhaps it's radically different, but generally, girls are the majority in the top half of the class. Furthermore 60% of the university/college populace are girls, with a majority in
all degree levels and recipients. So if there are a lot of scared girls, tough, there are even more scared guys, who if feminism has tought me anything, must not be acheiving because of societies sexist pressures.
Women are in no way oppressed by the school system, if anything it is the reverse.
Ruserious Ruserious:
SIt's amazing but in the 21st century, men actually do go grocery shopping.
You should try it sometime.
Really.
As a man who does go grocery shopping... Some of us have bigger concerns then to be memorizing prices. To imply that if we haven't memorized all the prices we're somehow chauvenistic plutocrats is the height of absurdity. And perhaps Harper, being a price savvy individual buys a gallon of milk rather then the liter jug, and was thinking of that price instead. I know I would.
But go ahead, claim that Canada should choose its leaders based on who would do best on "The Price is Right"

That PC government has always worried me . Their track record just doesn't make anything about them appealing.
Agreed. The Progressive Conservatives ("PC") were no different than the lieberals and there was no clear choice for Canadians.
How quickly we forget who absorbed the Progressive Conservative Party....
Who's PC that's still there? Peter? CPC are Reform. PC if it exists at all has gone to the hills or worse (Libs).
IceOwl IceOwl:
It's not ignorant at all. I've seen far too many of your type do exactly what I outlined.
Can you expand on exactly what you are trying to get across then?

I'm agreeing with USCAdad, holy moly!
Easy there dingleberry....
It's not slander, it's utter stupidity.
Why the fu(k cares if the guy knows the cost of milk? I have kids, I buy milk just about every couple days and I couldn't tell you what it costs.
Talk about real issues. The straw box is getting empty for you Liberals.
Ruserious Ruserious:

And once again, Ruserious has managed to disappear once the tables have turned.
At least if you're going to post slander, stay around to back it up.

I'm right here you snivelling fool...
Before you go calling it slander you might want to research the story and see that it was actually written.
Here's your back up fool

Milk's $3.99 not including taxes

Bodah Bodah:
Ruserious
If your values consist of greed, corruption, criminal activites and self entitlements.... Then you should vote liberal.
Voting them in again to me, is a way of telling them liberal voters have no problem with all of the above. Pretty sad excuse of a Canadian to me.
Keep monkeys like this in power were going to turn into a banana republic.
What does that say about the pathetic excuse that the Conservative party is then?
That the majority of Canadians would still prefer to take their chances with the Liberals in spite of Gomery...
You really must suck eh?

Care to try again idiot?
It still works out to $80.
All tax credits are calculated by multiplying the dollar amount allowed-say $500 for sports fees-by the lowest tax rate, currently 16 per cent, for a maximum tax savings of $80 a year.

No, Harper specifically said, that he doesn't do the shopping, that it's his wife who does it.
As for your theory about him buying a 'gallon' of milk, where in the hell do you live?
This is Canada, we use the metric system here.
We go to the store to buy a 1 litre, a 2 litre or 4 litre jug or bags of milk.
Not freak'n gallons.

Actually, Canada should choose its leaders based on who knows how to run a budget properly.
Apparently even something as simple as the cost of groceries is beyond harper's capability.
That being the case, there's no way in hell he could ever produce 7 balanced budgets in a row.

Let's not call anyone an idiot!
Do you know how dumb you're making yourself look?
You're saying that since Harper doesn't know the cost of milk, he can't balance the books or run Canada.
Ask Martin how much eggs are, I'll bet you he won't have a fackin clue!

Would you prefer tool, moron, corky or dolt?
Let me know which one works for you mmkay?

You know since you're up there on your pulpit preaching...

You're saying that since Harper doesn't know the cost of milk, he can't balance the books or run Canada.
That's not the only reason why he's incapable of running this country but his delusions that he's somehow an "average Canadian" when he can't even tell you what the price of milk and eggs is that the average Canadian pays is enough of a reason for me.
$1:
Ask Martin how much eggs are, I'll bet you he won't have a fackin clue!
After Harper's gaffe, I'll bet he will.
Was he a silver spoon baby like your hero, Mr. Martin? Not whatsoever!
Your hero doesn't have the slightest idea what it's like to even think like a average Canadian so the Liberals and Martin are the last people who should ever talk about understanding ANYTHING about what it's like to be an "Average Canadian".
Case closed.
So now we need fantastic orators, masters of numbers and now they need to know what you paid for eggs & milk. I'd rather have that jug of milk as PM than the Liberals. At least the milk expires!

Well, that sums up this pathetic & desperate cry for attention.
Because we all know that a man with a net worth of roughly 255 million knows exactly what it's like to be an average Canadian.

But therein lies the difference and the point which you refuse to admit to...
Martin's not the one going around trying to act as though he were a middle class "average Canadian" in order to impress the voters.
Harper is... and is failing miserably at doing so too.
Hey, call it for what it is, a piss poor
con job that people are seeing through.
Much like his bbq tour this past summer..
Nice use of the UBB code there OTI
Edited 2 times before you figured it out eh?
