Anybody else hyped about Modern Warfare 2? It's out on the 10th of November and i can't wait...one issue is that for now, there won't be any dedicated servers for pc...this has the pc gaming community in a uproar...apparently, there will be match servers so i think that means that pc players will play with console players which could be good...can't wait to own some console newbies hehehe...

Not me, I don't care for that genre.

haha.. Ya I CANNOT WAIT for this game to come out. The gameplay looks absolutely gorgeous and the multi-player looks phenomenal... I watched the trailer where after a certain number of kills for a killstreak you get to control the A330 gunship and actually use the massive guns from the plane.. looks insane...i'm getting all my school work done now beacuse if not I feel as though I'll fail in the last 5 weeks.

I pre-ordered it weeks ago. It looks sick! I can't wait.

I broke down and decided to go buy Modern Warfare 2 at the midnight launch event at the downtown Futureshop. I was playing Borderlands with a friend and we beat it, it was very disappointing, we though the game would be much longer and the end boss was lame. So with that done I decided to walk down to the store. It was pouring rain, so I thought there probably wouldn't be many people, but I was wrong. The line was down the block and up an ally. When I got in the store I was the only one I saw buying the game for PC, the teller who had the games behind the counter didn't even know where the PC copies were, he had to look for a sec. Everyone I saw was getting it for Xbox.

I was also very disappointed, or maybe even disgusted, that I was the only one in the line and in the store that I saw wearing a poppy. This is pathetic, it's the day before remembrance day. You would think people who play a military game would have some knowledge, respect or remembrance for the people who are the source material for these games.

I gave in too. But it was totally different at my EB here in Abby. About half of hte people had poopies, plus the store manager had a popppy donation box set out wit ha promo that every $1 or more donation got you into a draw to win the game for free.

I can't get excited about it. I just think it's CS with better level design. Meh.

Now zombie clowns on the 17th... booyah!

Saw a bunch(20-30) 20 somethings lined up outside the Coquitlam Center Mall Future Shop last night. Didn't know what for until I watched the News last night. Not sure if I'll get this. Seems too much like Whack-a-Mole in a Corridor Shooter.

These days I'm into more Open type Games. Like GTA, Stalker, Fallout 3, Far Cry 2. Give me an Open World and I'm entertained.

Well...I'm surprised nobody has said anything about this...but this game is TOO SHORT. I was able to finish the campaign in maybe 8 hours or so, and that's only because some levels are insanely difficult for no reason.

Haven't beat it yet thoiugh I don't have much time for gaming these days, I borrowed mine off of my neighbor, I think they made it so short because they want it to be more of a MMP type game.
I'm enjoying what I did play, waiting to get Left 4 Dead 2 for Christmas.

I'm not sure, but once you reach the Rio level, maybe you'll face the same frustration I've faced. I recommend shooting every glass window or door. If they don't have that lame bullet hole animation, you should expect somebody popping out
